How Can severe Throat Pain Be Treated?

Hello Doctor, I have this weird sensation in my throat for a very long time. I feel that air goes directly in my throat and the inside feels dry and uncomfortable. after a while I find talking painful and my throat hurts. have consulted an ENT specialist who did endoscopy many times and says there is mild lyrangeal erosion but rest all looks fine. this is on and off but is very uncomfortable and I can not talk for a long time. please advise!

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been diagnosed as laryngeal erosion..
So there might be laryngeal inflammation and edema that leading difficult voice..

For your condition you can be prescribed short term steroid course for relief from inflammation...

Steam inhalation done two to three times a day..

Use warm water for drinking

Avoid excess spicy foods

Investigate with CBC... If neutrophilia and high count present then antibiotic course needed

Inform your prescribed drugs by your doctor to comment on that
